What influenced your decision to pursue a Master of Public Health at UConn?: I was in the 4+1 FastTrack program, and fell in love with learning about Public Health and the career pathways you can take. I loved learning about community and global health.
Background: I completed my undergrad degree at UConn, Storrs. I graduated with a degree in Allied Health Sciences. I have participated in two internships that have given me experience in Public Health including SNAP-Ed and Medical Communications.
Life Outside Work and School: I enjoy time outside, running, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
Your immediate (next 1-5 years) career goals: Graduate with my MPH this spring. Explore career pathways within Public Health to find an occupation I enjoy working and helping the community.
