Brianna Munoz

Dr. Brianna Munoz, DMD, a distinguished alumna and esteemed guest lecturer in our interprofessional programs, has been awarded by the American Dental Association (ADA) in 2024. The ADA New Dentist Committee carefully selected recipients who have demonstrated excellence in science, research, and education; exhibited outstanding practice management; contributed significantly to philanthropic endeavors; showcased exemplary leadership qualities; and advocated passionately for dental health causes.

Dr. Muñoz, a highly skilled pediatric dentist, recently established her own practice, Twinkle Tooth Pediatric Dentistry, located in Connecticut. Additionally, she serves as the board president of the Connecticut Oral Health Initiative, a nonprofit organization committed to enhancing access, quality, and equity in oral healthcare statewide.
